Anxious to combine the preservation of the fish resource and the development of fishing leisure, the Federation wished to set up, in partnership with the local AAPPMA, a network of No-Kill courses or "Graciation courses".
In the Monts de Guéret, you can find one of these no-kill routes. The course "La Gartempe" is located in the municipalities of La Chapelle-Taillefert and Saint-Victor-en-Marche and extends a distance of 1.5 km.
The front limit is located at the Rebeyrolle bridge below while the upstream limit is located at the bridge of the Chapelle-Taillefert campsite (Le Gué Lavaud).
For easier identification, the no-kill routes are delimited from bridge to bridge. Signs on site materialize these limits and provide information on specific route regulations.
